- Career focus
- I have recently joined as a staff grade in obstetrics and gynaecology for 12 sessions a week. I want to know how many sessions for administration, study, teaching, CPD, special interest, non-clinical commitments that staff grades are entitled to. What are the rules regarding prospective cover, and should I be paid for an extra session if I am working for 12 sessions? Is there any compensation for the prospective cover?
